Lexi Sage

I’ve always known I was meant to be in a healing profession. As a kid, I was drawn to veterinary work, but I later shifted my focus to working with people and enrolled in Healing Mountain Massage School at 17. That’s where I fell in love with bodywork—especially prenatal massage. For over a decade, I’ve supported women through pregnancy and postpartum using hands-on techniques.

My personal health journey led me to fertility awareness. After struggling with various hormonal contraceptives, I discovered cycle tracking, which deepened my connection to my body.

I trained in yoga and later studied reproductive health at Justisse College, where I became a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, and fertility awareness educator. During this time, I conceived my first child and experienced firsthand the power of informed, intuitive pregnancy and birth.

Now, as a fertility awareness educator and doula, I’m passionate about helping women understand their cycles, make informed health choices, and navigate pregnancy with confidence. My husband and I are expecting our second child, and thanks to being fluent in my body’s language using menstrual cycle charting, I knew I was pregnant before ever taking a test!

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors hiking, camping, or snowboarding, curled up with a good book, or experimenting in the kitchen. I’d love to connect and help you tap into the wisdom of your own body!

Clarity Session

Schedule a Clarity Session- $30

Have more questions than a Discovery Call will give time for?
The Clarity Session is designed to be a more extensive version of getting all those burning questions answered, and finding a clear path forward. We will sit down for 90-120 minutes together, and speak in depth about your specific wants, needs, goals, and create a personalized plan for how my Fertility Awareness or Doula services can support you! The cost of this session will be applied toward a package of your choosing if you decide you want to work with me further.
